Kos is the third largest island of the Dodecanese. It is filled with imposing buildings of the Italian period and historical monuments, due to its rich past. It is of considerable archaeological and touristic interest and is called the “island of Hippocrates”, the father of Medicine, because of its origin. 

It is a very popular holiday destination for travelers from all over the world and offers a wide variety of options for entertainment, nightlife, dining, activities, and accommodation. The island has banks, ATMs, pharmacies, supermarkets, a good bus network and even a hospital. The airport is located in the center of the island, approximately 24 km from the main port

It has a cosmopolitan aura, endless beaches with clear blue waters, picturesque settlements, and seaside resorts. Exploring the town of Kos as well as other settlements with a rental bike is a must. Many of its beaches are organized with umbrellas and sunbeds, but there are also more secluded shores.
